Returns and Refunds
Refunds and returns are only accepted for unused and unopened products purchased on the MiO website. For health reasons, and the overall safety of our Customers, any opened or used devices are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from ALL refunds. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the item(s) and will be applied directly to the method of payment that was used to make the purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.
In the event of the return of defective,damaged, or incorrect product, MiO reserves the right in its sole discretion to ship out the replacement product(s) for the damaged, defective or correct product(s) rather than issuing a refund.
All MiO products purchased through distributors or retailers must be returned where originally purchased and will be subject to that party’s return and refund policy.

Does MiO Vapor impose an age requirement for ordering and shipping products?
Yes. MiO Vapor has the right to refuse the sale of products to any person under the legal age to purchase tobacco products/vapor products according to their local laws. MiO Vapor also has the right to ask customers to provide proof of age if necessary.
How long does it take to process my order once it’s placed?
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of being placed. Most orders received by 3 P.M. (EST) are shipped the same day

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

What if my package gets lost or stolen during shipping?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during shipping, please call the carrier and report it using your tracking number. Next, file a police report. If you are a consumer with a business and/or employees, it is extremely important that you file a police report so you can vouch for your business and the members who work there. Once you have obtained the following information, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives at 1(888) MIO-VAP3 for information on how to replace your product(s).
What methods of shipping does MiO Vapor offer?
Our standard and express shipping is through UPS. We also offer express shipping methods through FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). (* USPS upon request only.)
How are shipping rates determined and what will it cost me?
Shipping rates for many items are weight based. The weight of any item can be found on our website. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping options and pricing are calculated and available during the checkout process.
** Note: 3-Day shipping at $9.98 is standard for the following states: CA, TX, AZ and NM; more states to be added in the future.
Does MiO Vapor ship internationally?
Yes. MiO Vapor ships internationally with the exception of Canada. We do not ship to Canada because of the strict regulations within the Canadian Tobacco Act. In addition, we encourage all international customers to order products at your own risk. Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s E-liquid and E-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from MiO Vapor. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by Customs and Border Protection, and we will not falsify Customs and Border Protection forms to accommodate any orders. All Customs and Border Protection forms will be marked honestly with accurate product and product value details in accordance with U.S. Federal laws. International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees; the customer is responsible for paying these charges.
What international shipping methods does MiO Vapor enforce?
We recommend all international customers choose UPS as their preferred delivery method, (they have the best results from our experience). We no longer use DHL or other carriers (3rd party carrier) as a preferred delivery method.
Our Shipping department member will work with you to fulfill your order. If you would like someone from our Sales team to contact you, please provide a preferred timeframe for us to call you. Please note: We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees when importing our products. Please be aware that in many countries, you are required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Shipping Policy
All goods are generally shipped within 48 business hours. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday , or on any American observed legal holiday.
Tracking information is provided at the time the product is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the system to generate this information.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We DO NOT refund shipping costs or additional fees in relation to shipping for ANY reason. We shall not have any liability regarding lost, damaged or stolen packages and cannot offer any refund for such claims. There may be restrictions or Customs fees based on the particular province or locale. We always recommend contacting the local Customs Agency and inquire regarding any possible restrictions before an order is placed. The additional fees are custom/duty fees from the receiving country. We do not have access or control to the rate amounts charged.
If the customer refuses the package(s) for any reason(s), a 20% restocking fee and shipping charge will be incurred and charged to the customer. The customer agrees that these charges can be placed through the credit card, debit card or other account used to purchase the products.
